We understand the challenges of navigating a disability and/or fear of injury from activity.

However, inactivity can lead to low blood flow. It's a tough spot to be in, feeling stuck between two options: a impact exercise lifestyle versus a completely inactive one. Both, as we know, can accelerate aging and shorten lifespan. That's why TLC focuses on a resetting, restoring and maintaining lifestyle with Tridynamic. This approach is for individuals across a wide age range, from 2 all the way up to 102.

To get started, especially for those who need gentle stimulation and increased blood flow, we utilize a 4-person electric bike on its lowest setting. Additionally, the Rickshaw (also electric assist) is a low-impact way to get moving. We recognize that not everyone can immediately jump onto the Tridynamic.Beyond physical activity, we also offer a "Saturday Social" for community connection and a vagus nerve stimulation program using low frequencies and vibration modules. At TLC, we're providing a comprehensive range of options to support healing and well-being.
