Why do I want to be Tridynamic Certified?

Please wear athletic attire (closed toed shoes), bring water and be ready to learn. The first 3 classes are no charge trial basis. 30 min time slots- you are welcome to enjoy the scenery after reserved time slot
**BUT please note: coaches will ONLY be attending to reserved rider during designated time slot.
Please promptly text (916)381-7200 to reserve spot: Name, height, weight, desired goal. You will have one-on-one training regarding the fundamentals of Tridynamic. There are multiple skill levels to move through: certified, rookie, intermediate and expert. Tridynamic at its base is a great source of healthy therapeutic cardio for all skill levels. Intermediate to advanced users will be guided through maneuvers such as wheelies (pictured above by Jay and below by 3-6 year olds) and 360 spins.Ages 2-102, diverse abilities are welcome and encouraged to come out! This is for anyone.
While you are waiting your turn for one on one training there will be table games, ax throwing, punching bag, and other fun activities (no Karaoke).

These videos capture Tridynamic being ridden by people with all abilities, including special needs individuals who are affected with an intellectual disability and/or are handicapped. With appropriate supervision Delaney who is blind is able to ride, do wheelies and spins. Brothers Asher and Felix ride next to each other for the first time! It is also ridden and enjoyed by family and friends of special needs individuals! Tridynamic is for anyone.

Jay, is 27 years old and was born with Cerebral Palsy from a lack of oxygen at birth. Jay enjoys riding Tridynamic in nature, playing madden and need for speed, and having friends over to hangout. Jay is the inspiration for Turner Learning Center, the clubs and events we put on are based around the activities and interests Jay has.
